Customer Service Officer (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

 

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls on electricity related enquiries and complaints
  • Support frontline and backend customer service
  • Facilitate the customer requests on application, contracting, billing, payment, feedback and disputes
  • Ensure all service interaction with customers are recorded and updated in system
  • Ensure escalations are registered and follow up within acceptable service standards
  • Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer’s needs across different Union Energy Group’s products
  • Handle potential increase in number of inbound enquiries relating to U-Save rebate and value-added services (i.e. painting services, electrical services)
  • Handle ad hoc duties

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum ‘A’ level certification with at least 2 years’ experience in service sector.
  • Must be bilingual in English and other second Mother tongue language (Mandarin, Malay and Tamil)
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and resolve first level enquiries/ complaints in a professional and timely manner

Job Description

 

  • Coordinate with Sales Team and Finance Team for billing matters
  • Prepare invoices, checking on customer outstanding and accuracy of invoice
  • Attend to enquires related to billing

Analyst Programmer (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

 

This is a new position with functions targeted at spearheading gathering of user requirements and working with vendors to deliver the projects on time accorded to requirements. Some project management skills required.

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Min Diploma from any polytechnic in the relevant discipline.
  • Experience in software development experience and working with users’ requirements and testing.
  • Experienced with gathering of user requirements and aid in solutioning
  • Perform impact analysis on system changes
  • Manage vendors on delivery and testing
  • Document and communicate requirements to vendors
  • Together with the PM manage the testing and rollouts
  • Good communication skill
  • Strong documentation skill
  • Some experience in using SharePoint, MS Projects or WordPress
  • Ability in writing simple automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, Power Automate etc
  • Some knowledge in computer security and formulating IT policy.

Account Manager, Solar Business Development

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the structuring and negotiations of solar leasing agreements
  • Use a financial model to evaluate project returns
  • Prepare, submit tender bids, follow ups and carry out tender presentations
  • Work closely with Solar O&M team and EPC partners/contractors on project management and to follow through the development and installation of solar PV projects
  • Maintain relationship with SP Services and relevant energy regulator, government bodies and key stakeholders
  • Achieve the required targets of solar PV project
  • Domain knowledge in the electricity market and solar PV financial modelling

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or relevant field
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience and knowledge of reviewing Financial Modelling is preferred
  • Preferably with Energy Industry or Renewable Products background
  • Preferably to have a good track record of solar PV projects
  • Assertive to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both as individual and team player
  • Technical advisors, EPC contractors, BD related roles are welcome to apply
